Does anyone have a recipe for a mousse other than chocolate
that doesn't require gelatin?

Boil some dried apricots up with some water and sugar to taste
Chill a can of evaporated milk and evaporated cream (large can of
milk and small can of cream). Whip up until they are thick and frothy.
Add some agar agar and fold through
Add the apricot mixture after you have pureed it and fold that through.
If this is not straight forward enough re quantities (and I know
it may not me give me a yell and I will look up exacts for you)
By not wanting gelatine are you a vege of alergic to it (agar agar
is a vegetable equivalent and available here in asian food stores)
