| 1 3-lb chicken, cut into serving pieces
salt and pepper
2 T butter
1 c thinly-sliced onions
1 T finely minced garlic
1 T sweet paprika
1/2 c chicken broth
1 c sour cream
1 T flour
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper (I don't use salt)./
Met btter in skillet and add chicken, skin side down.
Cook over moderately high heat five minutes on each side.
Sprinkle onions and garlic around chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika and stir.
Add chicken broth.
Cover and simmer for ten minutes, until chicken is cooked.
Remove chicken to serving platter and keep hot.
Blend sour cream and flour and stir into the sauce.
Cook, stirring, about one minute.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
This will serve 4.
