    I'm looking for a recipe for marinated mushrooms.  I was thinking
    of putting them in decorative jars for Christmas presents, but I'd
    like to test the recipe beforehand.
    
    Also, any tips for this project regarding canning techniques, 
    sterilization, etc would be greatly appreciated.

	Can't help you regarding canning techniques, but I find that Good Seasons Italian salad dressing makes a very good marinade. If you find it too spicy you could always substitute your favorite dressing. Evelyn
