I am giving a bridal shower for a friend soon and I will probably
have some kind of buffet. It is at 7:00 p.m. so it is for dinner.
Does anyone have any "special" recipes that would work for bridal
shower (about 12-15 people). Anything would help including apps,
side dishes, casseroles, desserts.........
Thanks,
AM

Try the Taco Salad recipe in Note 602.1. This is good for any age
group. It's become standard fare at any of our get togethers and
is a mandatory requirement for either my husband or I when we attend
a pot luck luncheon at work. I think you'll like it.
Enjoy,
Manina

Here's one that my moms old neighborhood used to use whenever they
had showers for anyone.
I've tried this with blueberries, strawberries and cherries so far
and they came out delicious.
Hope you like it.

| 671.3 | Quiche muffins | CSG::SCHOFIELD | Wed Feb 15 1989 15:50 | 7 | |
An easy thing to do is quiche - only do it in muffin tins.
I made this and it was a huge hit. Easy to eat, and you don't have
to worry about cutting the quiche 'pie' up and making a mess.
I didn't use a crust, just poured (with a ladel) the mix (I made
ham and cheese) into the muffin tins after I had sprayed them with
Pam. One note - I didn't put the ham chunks in until the end. I
just dropped them on top.
