I am looking for a source for bying a "ships round" in the Northern Mass-Southern N.H. area. Also I would like to hear peoples experience cooking it and about how many pounds are needed for how many people. Bonnie

If your talking about a "Steamship Round of beef", You can try Nashua Beef on E. Hollis St. Nashua. Ask for Al Sargent. We've had very good luck with wholesale meat purchases there. They do sell large cuts retail. | |||||

Thanks for the source. I bought one from them this past weekend, about 73lbs, the largest one they had. It was great. It fed about 75 people, along with steamed clams, corn on the cob, homeade beans and a few salads. Bonnie |
