I tried this last night because I wanted a change from eating meat all the time. I got the Cheeseburger Pie recipe in note 494.7 and modified it. Here is the recipe: 1 bag of frozen vegetables (I used califlower, brocolie, and carrots mix) 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Bisquik 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning salt (more or less to taste) Heat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate. Spread frozen veggies in pie plate (you may not use them all, I didn't). Sprinkle cheese over veggies. Sprinkle on seasoning salt. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. dave
