Tuna and Watercress Tapenade (this is good on lavashes)

1 7-oz can chunk white tuna, drained
1/2 c mayonnaise
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 T lemon juice
1/4 t pepper
2 c watercress leaves
4 scallions, trimmed and cut into pieces
3 T capers
2 T chopped fresh mint (optional)

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, and pepper in food
processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Add watercress, scallions, capers, and mint and process until well blended
	but with some texture.
Trasfer to a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
