[This is a recipe that I copied from one of the Frugal Gourmet's TV shows.
It sounded so good I made up a batch right away, and wound up devouring the
whole thing myself!

Chicken-Avocado Mold
2 c. cooked chicken 1/2 c. sour cream
2 medium avocados, fully ripe juice of 1/2 lemon
2 c. warm chicken broth 1/2 yellow onion
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin salt & pepper
Spray a suitably-sized mold with a cooking spray to prevent sticking;
then chill the mold.
Dissolve the gelatin in the warm broth.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the chilled mold and refrigerate until firm.
