	Grand Marnier & Bananas Dessert

This recepie was published in the Melbourne Age newspaper in Australia.
It's absolutely fabulous! Then again, I'm a real lover of Grand Marnier.

This recepie will serve four.

Ingredients:
	4 medium sized bananas
	2 Tbs butter
	2 heaping Tbs brown sugar
	juice of 2 small oranges or 1 large orange
	1 Tbs grated orange rind
	3 Tbs Grand Marnier Liquor
	4 round Tbs ice cream

Directions:
	- peel bananas and cut each into 4 pieces	
	- melt butter under low heat	
	- stir in sugar, turn up heat, keep stirring until mixture carmelizes
	  and becomes thick, cook for a few minutes longer
	- lower heat and stir in orange juice and rind, keep stirring for
	  a for a few more minutes
	- add bananas 
	- pour Grand Marnier into pan, bring to a boil while stirring
	- cover pan and simmer until bananas are soft

Serve immediately with one round tbs of ice cream in each bowl.
