An interestine _hors d'oeuver_ or party nibble can be made quickly and easily by piercing a small cube of cheese with a tooth- pick and searing it over a small flame, such as a match or candle. It takes a couple of tries to get the technique, but once you have mastered it, the results are well worth it. Apollonius

I would think that this would give you goo on a stick? Is the object to melt the cheese somewhat, then eat it hot? If its too hot I would think it would burn your tongue or melt off the stick. Rick | |||||
