	Easy chicken recipe anyone can make..

	Ingredients:

	Chicken parts, Potatoes, onions, peppers
	salt, pepper, paprika, garlic

	In a deep dish put the chicken, potatoes (cut to look like 
	pickle wedges), sliced peppers, and quartered onion.

	Sprinkle with oil, enough to just cover the bottom.  Then sprinkle
	with finely chopped garlic, lightly coat the chicken and potatoes
	with the paprika (to help them brown).  Salt and pepper to taste.

	Put this mess in the oven @350-450 for about 3/4 hour depending
	on the amount of chicken in the pan.  Turn everything about every
	20 minutes, leaving the skin on the top for the last turn. (again
	to help it brown)  when its done - poking a fork into the meat and
	nothing oozes out (sorry to be so gross) take it out and serve.

	This is really easy to make and tastes terrific.  I like to cook it
	real fast so that the potatoes and the ckicken get crispy.

	If your oven stays moist everything will get crispy on the outside
	real nice if you use a very high heat (^450) and stay moist inside
	if you use enough oil.  

	Variations on a theme are really easy with this one...

Any particular kind of chicken parts?  Or is it the case, as they say, that
parts is parts?

It's a real delicate balance between having the oven hot enough to cook it
crisply, and having enough oil to keep it moist, all the while preventing


a fire!  Anyway, sounds interesting.  Always looking for another way to make
chicken edible.  Any ideas for eggplant?

I tried this. Very Good! It would help to have an idea of quanity.
Use enough veggies to accommodate the number of servings required. I used
5 pcs chicken breasts, a couple of onions seemed adequate, about 3 italian
peppers for 4, and 2-3 good sized potatoes. 1-2 cloves of garlic for
this size serving. The dish was in the oven just about 45 min. The dish
came out perfect. The family really enjoyed.

I have used the same ingedients wrapped in foil without the chicken and
cooked on the barbecue.

By the way, the prep work took about 15 mins. It could not have been
easier to make.
