Hi,
I have a customer who is using Teamlinks v2.5 & Mailworks v1.7A-2.
They keep having an intermitent problem where they change their password via
Teamlinks and it says that it was successful but when they login the next time
to Teamlinks it only accepts the old password implying the password on the server
was not updated.
This has happened a couple of times and the only cure appears to be a reboot.
Customer obviously doesn't what to have to keep rebooting, can you suggest what
might be causing the problem or the particular log file that might help in
finding out what the problem is.
Thanks,
Mike

| Let me guess... the customer is using NIS/YP for storing
passwords. In this case in can take up to 30 minutes for
the password to actually get set (propagated).
