I reckon your back should be ok now. The only thing to do is to take
painkillers and wait for 3 or 4 days and your back will sort itself
out.
It is usually due to the syiatica (sp?) nerve you can tell this if you
have shooting pains down your leg as well..
But trust me it goes away eventually !!
