The squad they named did appear to be a random selection of the
creme-de-la-creme of Brits ( incl our friends from escotia )
The idea is to pick a Dream Team to face certain "real" teams ,
this one was to face Barca , tomorrow its versus Marseille.
This seems to be a copy of the WSC idea of a Dream League whereby
you choose any squad and you get points depending on whether
members of your squad score goals or save goals or whatever.
btw Keith - how do you think KK is going to do with your lot ?
I've always had to laugh since the day the Arse played Benfica
and KK wrote in the Stun that the Arse would rule Europe for
next 10 years :-) :-) :-) !!!

| Batty is like a poor mans Paul Stewart but is better than the
incredibally over-rated Geoff Thomas. He turned in some good perf. for
England lately but his temprament (sp ?) is ahem suspect.
As for playing hime on the wrong side etc. I dont really know/care
what his best side is but as a *general* midfield stopper/creater he
does seem to have something there (i know not what :-))

What seems to have been forgotten,both by the people selecting teams in
here,and the so called experts who are picking the teams in the Sun,is
that if you are playing these teams in an imaginary European
competition,then only 3 'foreigners' would be allowed to participate.
