Francis,
I'd like to know what's happening on the International front in Brazil.
Names such as Zico,Socrates & Eder which were household names over in the
UK a few years back, but who are the stars for for Brazil now ?
Also, do they still play their matches at the Maracana ?
What kind of attendances do they get now ?

The brazilian's football team have a serious problem that is joining
the principals players that are playing in europe. Some matches that
happen here in Brazil it isn't with the main team. For this reason
some bad results occurs.
Recently some players from europe like Mozer, Jorginho, Ricardo
Rocha, Careca, Dunga and Aldair could play against the English team.
Just near from a championship that all the players come to Brazil
train and play together.

| Francis,
Can you give us more information about the results from the Copa
Libertadores this year? I heard that Sao Paulo (Brasil) was playing
against Newell's Old Boys (Argentina) in the finals. Who won?
Thanks for the info,
Paul

| Just read this in the paper and thought it was a little funny..
Rio De Janeiro: Brazil's referees have been ordered to clamp down on
players who celebrate a goal by performing elaborate dance routines.
Corinthians players have introduced the Kangaroo dance, in which they
all get in a line then hop down the pitch.
Uniao Sao Joao celebrated a recent goal by lining up and then going
through a series of crab-like movements. And, Even more bizarrely,
some players show their delight at scoring by picking up the public
telephone which most stadiums have behind the goal and pretend to make
a call.... NUTS!
