We have recently bought our first caravan that has a cassette toilet
but none of the chemicals needed were supplied. Would someone tell me
the name of the 2 liquids I need please? I understand one of the
liquids goes into the cassette and the other provide a pleasant smell
when flushing...

The one that goes in the loo is dark blue and is called Aquachem (i
think) do NOT get the green supposedly eco friendly stuff as its is not
acceptable to several water companies in the UK. Also I have found that
you will need two squirts of the blue stuff as one is not enough.
The one that goes in the water tank is pink I can't remember what it's
called but it stops bacteria growing in the water & stops it getting
smelly.
Both products can be found in any caravan acessory shop. Do not be
tempted to buy cheap as you will end up using more ie it's false
economy.
