HELP!!!!!!!

Using the TeamLinks MAC (DMW) Client (either v2.5.1 or v2.6) -
talking to DEC MailWorks Server on OpenVMS, we have one case where the
MAC is a MACintosh IIcx with v7.0 OS and either v2.5.1 or v2.6
TeamLinks
MAC Client. After installing TL and getting to the login screen, weput
the Nodename, the Username, and select TCPack for TeamLinks for
our connection information. ONLY ON THIS ONE SYSTEM, we log into
TeamLinks, do work, log out of TeamLinks, then pull up the TeamLinks
login screen again. The fields have NOT kept their previous values!
I've never seen this on another MAC. We have reinstalled the MAC OS,
reinstalled TeamLinks MAC Client...no success.
Does this strike a chord or recognition? What do you suggest
we check for the problem?
