Somebody in your group knows the "kill job" command and has the proper
privileges to execute it. Find out who that person is and then find
that person every time a .ps file comes out of the text printer. One of
three things will soon happen:
1. You are given privileges to control print queues.
2. They upgrade or replace the printers so they can handle .ps files.
3. Repeat offenders are disallowed access to that print queue,
regardless of the type of file they want to print.
Of course, other results could occur, but these seem the most probable
to me.
