Hi,
The java application is up and running on SUN machine or HP but when I
want use the display on my Decstation 5000 with "setenv display .."
error message and nothing on my screen.
Is there a X11 release problem ?

Well, actually not me, but friends of mine that run java on sun servers and display to ultrix workstations, via netscape and the JDK have complained that it just doesn't work. They've given up and are waiting for some linux machines to be delivered. | |||||

Please check that
"xhost +" on your X Server (Ultrix) and
"setenv DISPLAY 16.xxx.xxx.xxx:0.0" on your X Client (Sun or HP).
