I have a complete set of ceramic mugs in fine shape that depict
a woman in various stages of undress, from fully dressed leaning
against the first mug, to being totally nude and `diving' into
the sixth and last mug. Her long white dress is falling down or
being lifted over her head, depending on the mug, until she is nude.

These are not porno mugs, but of a classic nude look. The signature
of the artist is Kendall on the bottom, and I was told that these mugs
were from 1920 - 1930 era. I saw only one mug at an antique store
since these were passed on to me, and the proprietor didn't know much
about these mugs. My set is in fine condition, no chips or breaks,
just some slight typical glaze cracking.

Can anyone tell me any history of mugs of this style, and approx.
value, and perhaps where to get them appraised?

    Thanks!

    (yes, were still here!)

What? No one at all with any background on these mugs at all?

    Thanks!

I have a similar mug. Mine is powder blue and the handle is a
nude woman. The mug has the words:

" Drink to me only with thine eyes, and I will drink to you
    	with mine".

It's definately older than I am. My parents gave it to me when
I started collecting mugs about 25 years ago. If I had to guess,
I'd say the mug is more of a conversation piece than a collectable.
I'm guessing it was made during the 50's and was somewhat of a
        gag gift.

I have a pretty substantial collection of beer mugs and steins.
After my son was born, I packed everything away in the attic and I
don't plan to bring it back out until the kids are older.
