Some time ago we were able to send a technical question to the support folks, and receive an answer the next day. The address was DSN%HARDWARE-xxx-xxxxxxxx I just tried it and it dosn't seem to work for me. Has this really useful service gone away? Should I be sending my questions via a different route?

I'm not quite sure how DSN works, but the support center does still have DSN support for the hardware group. It could be that DSN is not working on the node you're sending from, it could be that the name of the que has changed, it might even be a contract validation problem. Do you get any kind of failure message? What does the message say? If your end looks OK and DSN is properly working then give the support center a call and log a call for help with DSN not sending or recieving responses. Thanks, Mario |
