Hi, MAILworks V1.3A-3 ICF 36 TeamRoute for VMS V1.0 TeamLinks V2.5-3 We are experiencing problems with teamroute after upgrading to VMS V6.2. I believe the version of Teamroute is 1.0 but am unable to contact the customer at present to check if they have ECO 1 installed - where do I get this kit by the way?... They are seeing the following errors from their teamlinks client Error occurred attaching routing package contents to master It occurs whether the routing package has approval receipients or copy receipients, local or remote users In TMR$SA_LOGS there are errors in one log file Error: 19970203155546,%TMRSA-I-S_MGMT_SHUTDOWN, shutdown request received 19970203155546,%TMRSA-I-S_STOPPING, Service Agent is stopping... System error 8420 (in DMW_ICF036:[BUILD]CTIDN_V.C;1 at line 1798) $ old_verify = 0 $ EXIT TMR$SERVICE job terminated at 3-FEB-1997 15:55:50.33 Any hints what to check would be greatly appreciated Thanks Lynn

Well, the VMS error code is: $ exit 8420 %SYSTEM-F-LINKABORT, network partner aborted logical link and from the file name the error seems to have occured in CTIDN_V.C which is part of MailWorks, not TeamRoute itself. Some problem with the MailWorks server maybe? | |||||

Well this appears to be caused by the MAILworks V1.3A-3 ICF 36 patch Time for a MAILworks IPMT I think.... Lynn | |||||
