| Steve,
The PCSCRTCH areas on the old OpenVMS PATHWORKS Site Servers are PUBLIC
and VOLATILE, as you have seen. CCS ownes the space, we don't. That
is why you can create files and folders all day long, and they may be
gone tomorrow!
Since you have the market cornered on solutions for DART/CH and that
includes these 2 files, the .KTM and the .INI, could you somehow
arrange a more permanet home for them, and post it here.
Meantime, I'm going to contact Richard Geiger and express my
dissatisfaction in the SLOW death of DART/CH and see if he can't make
this either DIE or come back to life, and create a CENTRAL repository
for all these fixes.

| I'll see about putting them on my external web site. I'm not any great
html programmer so I'll have to figure out how to do it. It may take a
couple of days. I'll post it here once it is setup. No guarantees on
when it'll happen thou as this is unpaid and anything done at home is
on the "wife" time. She'll definitely complain.

| Well I hate to agree with all of yeh! But,as I said a long time ago this
DART/CHAMP is/was a great tool.But most engineers dont even use it.If
everyone used it you would see more emphasis on getting it fixed but
thats not goin' to happen, at least not in this century!
As far as on the "wife" time my wife is zonked at 830 pm which allows
me time to "surf" and learn. I just finished creating a rather crude
(IMHO) Home Page replacement for our office in Baltimore.

| The external site now has a fixed up dialit.ktm . This updated file
fixes a problem that we had getting the modem to work with the credit
card. This fix allows for a dial string longer than 26 chars. I've not
tested it much but it appears to fix another problem I had with another
dial string as well. If anyone else finds something please get me the
details so I can look at it.
Thanks to all who are helping get this moving. Next thing I think I'll
try is to get a install floppy setup to make the install simpler.
