| I agree with .-1. It's not just the great unwashed, it's the teachers
too that assume Special Needs means Remedial. I asked a school I was
visiting about their Special Needs facilities, as my son is - according
to the ed pychs - 4 or 5 years ahead of his peers in many fields. the
teacher looked at me pityingly and said `slow learner is he?'.
