|  |     Well, there's Herb'n'Renewal, an herb seeds/plants/crafts outfit...
    [I also rather like "Long Funeral Services," but I think that's a
    family name rather than a product-description name. ;-)]

    was a fast-food joint called "Eat 'n Haul."

| | The U.S. probably has the best store of these.
    In San Francisco, I saw a Delicatessen called the Pick-a-deli.
    There is also a shuttle service to the Bay Area Rapid Transit service
    (the "BART") which runs under the name of the "Humphrey Go-BART".
    In the U.K, the only one I can think of is the maternity wear shop
    Heir Apparent.

    transport companies

    Bishops Move {which is U.K. based}
    and
    Tooth Removals {which operates in the South of France}

| | Another ficticious company name: The Car Guys (a syndicated radio show
    originating from Cambridge, MA) include in their closing credits the
    name of a prestigious (but bogus) New England law firm:

    			Dewey, Cheatam, and Howe

    Their personal lawyer, Hugh Louis Dewey, is known as Huey Louie Dewey.
    (This last probably belongs in the nominal punishment string).

    Probably both but the Stooges were first.

    The entire closing credits for Car Talk are a scream...a few from
    memory:

    Phone Support -- Isabelle Ringing
    Director of Long-Range Planning -- Kay Sera, who married Frank Sera to
                                       become Kay Sera-Sera.

    ones:
    About 20 years ago, in the U.K., the Environment Minister launched a
    "keep Britain clean" campaign against dropping litter. It was supported
    by a (short-lived) compere called "Indy Basket".

A former coworker, after passing the bar, was debating whether to go
into partnership with a friend of Asian descent. Due to the
requirement (law?) about having partners' names in the firm's name,
had the proposed partnership occurred, their law firm would have been:
	White and Wong
