    	I have just read a note in the DIGITAL notes file which talks about
    "stirring up more apathy". I can't think of a word for this sort of
    expression, so I haven't searched for a suitable heading to enter it as
    a reply to another note. I presume the opposite would be "pouring oil
    on troubled fires"?
    
    	Please give me a word so I can either change the title or move this
    to be a reply to an appropriate note.
