I have been trying to construct a phrase made up entirely of homonyms, preferably homophones. This is the longest one I have managed yet, and it concerns a teacher speaking to a boy called Wright who has had a spelling problem in a religious studies lesson; he says: Write "rite" right Wright, right? Any more?

Yes, 213 is pretty good. Thanks for the pointer. Here's a German one: Wenn Fliegen fliegen, fliegen Fliegen Fliegen hinterher. Phillip |
