    I want to apologize to anyone out there who has been inconvenienced
    by the shutdown of UCOUNT Notes conferences during the past week
    or so. We were doing some important business on the system that
    necessitated the original shutdown. Then we started to experience
    network problems (hopefully fixed now!).
    
    Anyway, the conferences on UCOUNT are back to normal (!).
