| Also if you thought i.e. meant "in exemplis", you'll use it in place
of e.g. There's a lot of confusion over these two, that's why they're
not allowed in DEC manuals (as far as I know).
Another couple of common ones not in the earlier note:
cf. conferre refer to
viz. videlicet in other words (?)
