    There was a veterinarian who was getting bored. All he saw all morning
    were dogs with ear infections. Around noontime, he asked his nurse
    how many patients they had seen.
    
    "Oh," she said, "We've seen 11 dogs today, and they've all had ear
    infections."
    
    "I'm ready for lunch," said the doc. "We haven't had a break all
    morning." 
    
    "Do you realize," he continued, "that the last time I had a cup
    of coffee was four sore and seven ears ago?"
