387.8 | seeking 10 pin socket | OGOPW1::16.72.96.20::fulton | Other Vehicle=Federation Starship | Sat Apr 26 1997 17:48 | 9 |
| I have a camera that I uses the pin out listed in one of the previous replies.
I would like to get the socket that mates with the camera connector instead
of clipping the connector off of the camera cable. Anyone know a place I can
get one via mail order (preferable reachable via the net)?
Thanks,
Ken

Get the model number of the camera. Perhaps I can get you a
replacement cable including the socket.

387.10 | Need the *other* socket | OGOPW1::16.72.96.74::fulton | Other Vehicle=Federation Starship | Mon Apr 28 1997 14:00 | 7 |
| Thanks for the reply. Its not the connector on the camera that I
need but rather the socket that it plugs into (the vcr end).
Thanks!

OK, then what is the make and model of the VCR. Or are you just looking
for a standard RF type connector. Please describe more fully what you
need.

387.12 | Hmmm | OGOPW1::16.72.96.104::fulton | Other Vehicle=Federation Starship | Tue Apr 29 1997 12:02 | 12 |
| In .3 there is a pinout of a standard 10 pin connector for a video camera.
This is the same connector that is on the end of the cable attached to the RCA
video camera that I am trying to use. I can check the model number of the
camera tonight. What I am looking for is the socket that mates with the
connector that is on the end of the cable on the camera. It will consist of
10 female pins arranged as in .3. It will have a ring around the pins with
screw threads on the outside which will allow the locking ring on the camera
connector with threads on the inside to tighten.
Thanks for the HELP!

| Ok. The camera is an RCA CKC021. I can't find any markings on the
connector.
Thanks,
