| This appears to be a clear cut case of *FREEDOM OF SPEECH*. If he was
standing in a public place and not creating a public disturbance or
breaking any of the laws concerning such activities, then the man who
was arrested should have been. We, as Jews should support his right to
free speech no matter how vile his words are. To deny one man his
rights is to deny rights to us all.

Sorry, but freedom of speech should be an enabler of fascism and
racism. We should respect the constitution and the bill of rights, but
we must also respect for ourselves as a people.

| I never said that I would not attack him verbally. I said that he had
a right to express his opinion. The extreme Left and Right (ie.
Communists and Fascists) view our respect for free speech as crazy
because it allows people like them to air their views; they would not
give us such a right. We should denounce such speech whether written
or oral, but denunciation does not voilate their right to speak. TO
react with violence is to give support to their view that violence is
the only way to deal with others.
