1051.0. "Macintosh Hebrew Editors" by SAINT::STCLAIR () Thu Mar 21 1991 20:27

I came across a Hebrew DA for the Macintosh. It was supposedly maintained
by some one at MIT but I could never find them. It had a couple if Hebrew
fonts and the DA let it type 'backwards' and other neat stuff.

Does anyone know where it or something like it can be found?

    No, but I would be interested too. I do have a Hebrew alphabet, but
    you have to enter it from left to right. Let me know if you want a
    copy.

    You might try contacting Dan Shevitz, the Hillel rabbi at M.I.T. I
    think his email address is something like

               [email protected]

Macintosh system software is available in Hebrew. The latest version I
have seen is 6.0.3. It allows for both English and Hebrew, and thus goes
from right to left and from left to right.

I believe the software is available from the Apple Programmer's and
Developer's Association (sorry, I do not have the address - call Apple).

Other Hebrew software is available from:
