I will be back in Boston late Wednesday this week. I am working on a
program that requires me to be there every week, but this week is
different. Is there anyplace in or near Marlboro where I can get a
Pesachdicha meal?

Call any Chabad center. There is one in Framingham...run by Rabbi
Lazaros or Lazarus. Look him up in the phone book and he maybe
able to direct you to someone in or near Marlboro..perhaps Worcester.
The Chabad network is extensive and they love to help.
