The international edition of the Jerusalem Post, as well as other
Jewish newspapers usually have ads for such investment instruments,
as well as following individual securities.

I believe that there is an Israel/U.S. chamber of commerce, or
something like that. Contact Zionist House in Boston, someone there
    would know.

If I could figure out how to buy a piece of real estate along a major
road in Lower Galilee, (by remote control), I'd go for it. Where are
all those former compatriots of mine going to live? What do you think
would happen to a real estate market that suddenly gets an injection
of 10% more urbanized professionals? What do you think happens to an
economy of a small nation that suddenly gets a 100,000 well-educated
    engineers, mathematicians, doctors, etc.?

They get a lot of over-qualified taxi drivers? Am I mistaken, or aren't
Soviet Jews in the U.S. having problems finding jobs in their chosen
professions? Will it be any different in Israel?

It promptly goes bankrupt, takes out mega-$ loans, and then
spends the next decade building and infrastructure to allow
it to return to it's former glory.

In New York City, they all opened grocery stores. Of course, these
were Korean engineers, mathematicians, doctors, etc.
