613.0. "land of the free, home of the brave..." by CURIE::FEINBERG (Don Feinberg) Sun Jan 01 1989 13:37

A plate used to print bumper stickers bearing the words "Hitler
was right" has been uncovered by gaming control agents at the
Imperial Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Proprietor Ralph Englestad
maintains a private museum of Nazi memorabilia on the fifth
floor of the hotel and has bee haunted by charges of antisemitism
	by Jewish casino employees.

(Gaming) Control Board chariman, Mike Rumbolz, has formally
requested FBI assistance to determine whether Englestad has ties to
white supremacist groups. Englestad has told the media, "I despise
Adolf Hitler and everything he stood for." Thus far unexplained,
however, are parties reportedly held at the Imperial Palace
in honor of the Fuehrer's birthday.
