602.0. "Heritage USA ==> Yidlock Land" by USACSB::SCHORR () Wed Dec 14 1988 14:17

    It seems that the winning bid for Hertage USA (the Baker's Christian
    Theme park) was made by an Orthodox Jew (according to a quick note
    on NPR). Anybody heard anything about what he intends to do with
    it? Any reaction from the Christian groups over the purchase?

    Baker and consorts are certainly beyond the utter edge of what can be
    called 'Christianity', at least from a European point of view. There's
    no way that Anti-Jewish resentments arise on any logically thinking
    Christian's side because of a Jew buying some estate of him.

    Correctingly yours,

    You forget that anti-semitism has never had anything to do with logic.
    I assure you, there are perfectly logical anti-semites.

    But you are right, there is no need to stereo-type Christians.

    Valid point. But if I lost hope I would have to hang myself up.

    (still and despite numerous facts telling me otherwise) Confidently yours,
