270.5Well I'll tell ya...ZEPPO::MAHLERMotti the ModeratorSun Feb 15 1987 23:0624
The author of the note that was inserted
by the author of the base note has complained that
    he was not treated fairly.

I would also like to add that he has also
mentioned that he is NOT willing to discuss
the matter other than he wanted it deleted.

The note will not be deleted since anything
that appears on the network is public access
and can be copied at will without an authors
permission, although it IS good manners to
do so. If the author contacts the base note author
personally, and asks that HE delete the note
[or gives permission to this moderator to do so]
then the matter will be settled.

In addition this person has sent me PERSONAL mail
of a rather demanding and unyielding tone that has
interrupted my work. Until I [we] decide what
course of action will be taken, the notes will
    remain hidden.

Just because one person noted and hid does not mean this topic can
    not be discussed.

While this topic is included in Soapbox-485, which includes the
base note, I would be interested in learning more about specific
    questions regarding this.

If an animal was hoisted by one leg to comply with Federal regulation,
could that animal still be Kosher? Like all things, I'm sure there
are many views. Please share some.
