In general a good place to start is a book called "The Jewish
Traveler's Guide". It is put out yearly and Maize from personnel
    should have the latest copy.

Swiss Air also has a small little booklet "Guide to Kosher Hotels
and Restaurants in Europe". I have a version from 1985 which I picked
up in Zurich last year. It should be obtainable through the Swiss
    Air offices.

204.5Kosher Restaurants around the US of APCOJCT::TURNOFGreetings from the Big AppleThu Sep 28 1989 10:5156

Today in the Living Section of the NY Times the lead article is
"Goodbye to Derma and Hello to Sushi: New Kosher Cooking for Gourmets".
It's an interesting article about today's kosher restaurants around
the United States. I thought everyone in this conference would
like a listing of these restaurants.
