| I think we should help clean up our own back yard first. Yes, it is important
to track down and punish all the Nazi criminals we can find. But how about
starting in the US of A. There are still many relatively minor (although
they can never be minor) Nazis still hanging around the US, and helped, at
least initially, by our friends in the US state dept. It is offensive to
me, as a Jew and a son of two survivors, that it took so long for the US
government to start identifying and deporting Nazis in the US. The process
in the courts here is so long, many of them will dye in their beds before
their appeal process is exhausted.
For those of you who are interested, there is an organization in Los Angeles
called the Simon Wiesenthal center, named for the famous Nazi hunter. The
Center is concerned with chronicalling and teaching the Holocaust. It is
a very worthwhile organization, producing documentaries, such as the film
Genocide, and having weekly syndicated radio shows. They are also involved
in fighting Anti-Semitism, and educating the public on Jewish issues. I have

| Just a side note here ....
A Holocaust Memorial Center is located next to the Jewish Community Center in
West Bloomfield, Michigan. I've been to the JCC, but never to the HCM. I hear
its impressive though.... leaves you with the same feelings as when leaving
Ya'ad Vashem.
