Two years later I thought I would give an update on these guys, nothing has changed. New homeowners in the development are having the same problems with quality that existing homeowners have had to swallow now for years. Unless Blair is building a $175,000 home for you, I would stay away from him unless while your home is being built you can be there at the site EVERY day to ensure they do what you want. He seems to cater to buyers that purchase a more expensive home from him. Just my .02, -D | |||||
