Any suggestions on software packages to essentially design a new neighborhood? We are currently in the process of purchasing a new house in a new (as yet unbuilt) 9 house subdivision. We'd like to do some graphical representations of what the area might look like upon completion. Our main interest is house placement on the *ONE* lot we are interested in in relation to the surrounding landscape and other "future" houses. This is of particular importance to us, because the available options for placing "our" new house onto the lot are very limited due to easements. This software should be able to draw houses (just drag and drop predefined styles would be nice), lot lines, roads and present the information in some form of 3D representation. thanks, Rick | |||||
