Just a followup on my recent Florida trip......
Ended up with a house rental on Marco Island for the second
week of my Florida stay. (first week was the Orlando area) I found the
house thru a rental agency listing in the Boston Globe for Charde Brothers
Realty. I was quite uneasy about a sight unseen rental!
All this uneasyness quickly disappeared when I pulled up in front
of the canal/riverfront house and had to double check the street/house
number because I figured I *MUST* be at the wrong house. It was the right
house, alright and it was just gorgeous! The 2 year old house sported
such features as 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, screened in pool and jacuzzi and
immense spaces. The master bedroom, which faces the pool had a bath with
an oversized tub, twin head oversized shower all in marble and
bidet. You get the picture!
The price was $1200.00 for the week and well worth it. I'd recommend
it to anyone that wants a quiet getaway. The address of this particular house
was 288 Rockhill court.

Could you please let me have some more info on the accomodation in
Marco Island.
We plan to spend a week in October in this area to recover from 2 weeks
of madness elsewhere ( bet you can't guess where I mean !!)
Do you have a telephone number for the agency so that I could contact
them direct from the UK, is the price $1200 a reasonable price for this
sort of accomodation, I would like to know just in case we are offered
alternatives.
