On checking this Notesfile I see several references to Irish citizenship
for Americans, but non on American residence/citizenship for the Irish.
In particular I am wondering about the Green Card process, its complexity
and also general guidelines for applying. Also is it worth using an immigration
attorney and how much can one expect to pay for the services ?
I have several friends who have given up on the Green Card "lotteries" and are
interesting in getting a Green Card before Washington closes down all the
immigration avenues.
