OK, I'll see what I can do.
To be honest I was looking for something very simple. If there are some
graduates from a few universities in Europe that believe that it was a good,
sound, Telecom type college, then send me the name, address etc. I'm looking
for probably 6 or 7 university names, just to so that this organization can at
least start to make contact.
I took the action to get a list of university names, not to be the contact
or focal point. I expect the forum will follow up with the introductions
etc afterwards. All I was going to do, assuming I got some response, was to
extract the replies and Fax them to the chairman. As I said I know some
of the colleges, I just don't know the detailed address, e-mail or FAX numbers
and/or a contact person. I have heard of others in Nordic countries, but I
have no idea of the names.
However, if I don't get any response I'll have to do something else as I feel
obliged as a European to try and help this group become a truly international
group.

Hmmm, looks like I'm getting a DEC solution here :=)., we are going around
in circles and loads of pointers, but no answers - [ just joking:=)]
I was hoping to keep this very short and simple. I know I could pick up a
guide to Universities in Europe and sort thru it, but I really I don't have
the time.
As already stated, all I ask is if there are a few noters reading this
Notesfile, that graduated from, or know of a good university that has a
Bachelors, Masters or MBA in Telecom, can they provide me, via this Notesfile
or e-mail, the name address of university and a contact name. I will FAX that
to an International Engineering Forum that has a focus on telecom.
If not, its no problem, its not worth a huge effort.

I included some of my responses to questions in VBE, to avoid similar
questions and debates on this side. I need something simple:
University/college name, address, phone #, contact name, e-mail if
possible.
I intend to extract the replies, do some minor edits and FAX it to the
the forum.

Don't know if it helps but here goes...
A couple of years ago we received a deputation from Edinburgh here in
Valbonne. They were here on a factfinding mission with a view to
setting up a similar hi-tech Business Park near Edinburgh. I believe
there were representatives from Heriot-Watt University and that they
focussed on Telecoms.
Try them.
