it's probably too late!
He's missing from work on Monday and Waco goes up in smoke....inquiring
minds want to know if there's a connection???

She is still where she was. Glad to see Mr Burns is still
practicing Pyromania. Glad he didnt get any real
firewater. He would probably have burnt down Boston.
On the same subject one Mick Keyes was seen disappearing
into a certain pub after the Clare Donegal Match on
Sunday afternoon. Rumour also has it he decided to
discuss hurling with a certain Customer. Rumour also has
that he is still sick.
Oh what we have to do to make a living

but think they have had their day.
Tipp to give Cork a lesson on Sunday and limerick to be given a lesson
on hurling in the final..

Mike,
Said customer must have put a jinx on Tipp. That was some
lesson they taught Cork. I must admit that the hurling
was a bit too tough for my liking. And thats saying a lot
Wexford put in a workmanlike performance in disposing of
Limerick. Limerick seemed to think that goals are as easy
to get against every team as against Galway. However
Wexford's young goalie was brilliant.
Now that Wexford seem to be getting it together we might
see a good league final and possibly a good run in the
championship. That should put the hoodoo on them!!!

MBr
I do hope you'll be cheering on the MIGHTY CORK this weekend. I mean,
logically, why would you even consider rooting for anyone but CORK?! ;^)
I mean, let's face it: you know they're going to win!
BTW, quaffing a few MURPHY'S REAL IRISH STOUTS always hits the
spot when watching the game. :^>
Have a great weekend!

..that will be the day when we are reduced to drinking that..that stuff
-) -).
.Excellent game between Wexford and Cork...a draw again.. Good for Cork to
get the practice before the meet Tipp (though Dermot may have something
to say there) match...skin will be flying amd knuckles raw after that
one.
Good to see Tipp also heading for the munster football final..a little
mater of Waterford to get by...if that match is televised..methinks a
visit to hartigans is in order ..Martin you can draw a dividing line
down the centre of the pub -) -).
saln,

<cork needs the training.
HA! Cork is just *toying* with them, the same way a cat does with a
mouse he's just caught!!!
How about a little wager regarding the hurling match between
MIGHTY CORK and the Wexford Chicken Chokers), Mick?!
If MIGHTY CORK wins, you have to buy me a pint next time I'm over,
*PLUS* drink a pint of Murphy's. If Wexford wins, I'll buy you a pint
of that Liffy water. Fair enough?!
Or, we could make it a little more challenging: If MIGHTY CORK wins,
you have to walk thru the streets of Galway wearing Cork's colours,
(Blood 'n bandage!) holding a banner that says:
"MIGHTY CORK: The Hurling Capitol of Ireland!"
And if Wexford wins, well, I guess I will walk thru Galway carrying a
banner praising Tipp's hurling skills.
But I'm sure you realize that MIGHTY CORK is going to win, so, we'll
just stick to the wager on pints, OK?!
After all: we Leesiders do have a heart you know! ;^)
especially for you "hurlingly challenged" counties! ;^)

<wouldn't wear it
See, I knew it! Ye wouldn't wear the colours of the greatest hurling
county in Ireland! So we'll just stick to the bets on pints.
And what's this bit about the deed to the house and car making it "
a bit less painful", than wearing the blood 'n bandage!
And here I thought I was offering you the opportunity to wear the
colours of a champion, for a change!

| The floozie in the Jacuzzi
or
The whore in the sewer
are more popular names for that fountain which was built in O'Connell
St (Dublin) representing, of course, Dublin. It's supposed to be Anna
Livia surrounded by the flowing waters of the Liffey - hence the names.
I don't know if anyone knows the real name.
