1086.0. "HOLIDAYS IN IRELAND" by TRNOIS::FRIERI () Tue Jun 30 1992 07:18

    Hi to everybody!

My name is Cinzia and I'm from DEC/Turin (Italy).

As my husband and myself will spend our summer holiday in Ireland,
I'd like to know if any of you can suggest me few B&B, all around
Ireland (we want to visit it ALL!!).

We're coming over in August, do you think we should make reservation?

We won't mind to spend also few nights in Farm Houses that offer B&B.
    Any suggestions?

Thanks very much for you help. If you have any other info that might be
    useful, please let me know.

    Ciao ciao,

    Cinzia

The Irish Tourist Board publish a list of recommended B&B. Ask for a
copy - it will make your holiday much easier.

I travel all over Ireland for DEC and frequently stay in B&B's as they
tend to be more friendly and homely than Hotels. The Bord Failte (Irish
Tourist Board) booklet is excellent but I have my own favourites. There
are at least 2 Digital employees in the Galway area who offer B&B and 1
    in the Dublin area.

Expect to pay 10-15 Irish pounds per person per
night and this will include a breakfast which you will pay 7-8 pounds
    for in a hotel.

Send me a mail at MCCOMB @BVO and I'll send you telephone numbers,
