I have written a utility in Pascal on VMS to tell the time in 
conversational G�idhlig (Scots Gaelic).

Here's an example of its output:

Feasgar math, tha e gu bhith cairteal an d�idh ceithir.
'Se Di-ciadaoin an 13mh latha de'n Ghearran 1991.


For those of you who don't have Gaelic, this translates to:

Good afternoon, it's nearly a quarter past four
Today's date is Wednesday, the 13th of February 1991.

If anyone would like a copy of the program, could they mail me please.
I am especially interested in anyone who can check the grammar in the
program - I'm a bit unsure about the aspiration rules for the months.

	I have updated the time program mentioned in the basenote so that it runs on both Unix and VMS (it was converted to C). 	Craig, When browsing through my brother's copies of the TeX and LaTeX books, I noticed a number of the example texts they used were in Welsh. I wonder if one of the developers/documentors was Welsh? Huw.

	OK, I get it now. I was thinking along the lines of why recode TeX if it can already handle Welsh? After all it's a VERY powerful text formatter. It didn't occur to me that the user interface/documentation might need translation!! Perhaps I've been in England too long! Sigh! :-) Huw.
