I wass in Limericks last night and chatting with the man behind the bar. He tells me (and showed me the flier) that Freddie White will be playing in Nightstage in Cambridge next Thursday (June 7th). The man behind the bar is in a small theatre group called Siamsa and they will be preceding Freddie with a one-act play by Flann O' Brien (Myles na gCaipeilin (sp.?)) called "Thirst". I believe tickets are $10. I'm already committed to something else but thought other Celt-ers (especially ex-Dubliners who would know Freddie White) might like to know. Ann "Aren't all Hibernians Ancient" O' Neill thought there might be the possibility of organizing an expedition around the event. Bernard.
