      If you take one step toward the dance floor, Kivin, I'm leaving.

      Watchin' you wriggle and writhe through YOUR interpretation of
    Irish dance would be more than even the most well-honed sense of
    humor could stand.

      I'll be the one in the corner with wild eyes, muttering to myself,
    and drawing pictures in the froth.

                                See ya there

    The Friends of Ireland in Bern are holding a ceili on November 5th.

    Unfortunately, NOONE really remembers the moves.

    Could anyone out there mail me the moves of a few dances i.e.

    	5 facing 5 (Walls of Limerick)
    	4 facing 4

    or a few set dances!

    Or better still, if any one knows of a book describing these dances a
    name and publisher would be much appreciated.

    @1 address is Byrne@EBO
    node is bern02::byrne

    I have a book somewhere at home. I should be able to find it by
    Nov. 5th.

    The Walls of Limerick. (2 facing 2)

    advance and retire
    advance and retire
    women change places
    men change places
    take the right hand of the person accross from you
    step 7 and 2 threes to the outside and then 7 and 2 threes back home
                   (woman to their right, men to their left)
    turn and take hands with your partner
    round the house and move on
    Repeat a hundred times or until the musicians get tired of playing
    reels.

    Georges' dance tip: beer and sets with lots of swinging are not
    			  compatible.
